Guest Service Executive
Job Description:
- Meet and greet guests form Chinese upon their arrival at the store.
- Coordinate and supervise activities for guest.
- Attend to guest queries, needs and other special requests.
- Accompany guests within the store to arrive at the desired place.
- Bid farewell to guests at the end of their visit.
- Doing analyzing and feedback report related to customer activity.
Job Requirement :
- Male or female, max 30 years old.
- Height Min. 160 male/Min. 158 female, with proportional weight.
- Min Diploma in any major.
- Fresh graduate from majoring chinese literature are encourage to apply.
- Able to speak Mandarin language (spoken and written) is a must.
- Smart and well groomed appearance.
- Applicant willing to placement at Bali.
